“We had a great visit to ApplesRus! The shop was very clean and inviting inside, with a wide selection of products including various apples, caramel, cheese curds, liquor, and much more. The owner, Tammy, was friendly and knowledgeable—she took the time to explain the different apple varieties and how their operation works. It’s clear she’s passionate about their family business, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be recommending ApplesRus to others!”

“From the visit to the orchard and distillery tasting room, to Tammy doing a tasting at our brewery pub in Wabasha for Star of Hope fundraiser, I am super impressed with the service, the excitement for their product, the deliciousness of the spirits. Thank you for the fun times and looking forward to doing another tasting fundraiser in the summer when we can be outdoors. Cheers to your success! Keep up the great work.”

“Visited for first time today. Owners husband was very knowledgeable and gracious. Everything we tasted was delicious, the Mur (apple rum) was my husband's favorite and I loved all the cream based drinks. Went home with apples, apple cider, carmel and several bottles from their distillery. Really enjoyed ourselves!”

“We went later in October which didn’t bother us. Still very good looking apples left. We took a tour of the facility and sampled all of their liqueurs. The Apple Carmel latte is what we left with but the Atomic was tastey as well! Very friendly staff and owner! We’ll be back!”

“Great woman-owned business with high quality products. She really cares about all the products and customers and is constantly trying new things and taking requests. The different rum flavors are all delicious! Now added aged brandy!”

“I rode my bike out from Rochester, with my toddler in tow, and we were warmly welcomed. The liquors were phenomenal - we brought Apple Crisp rum home with us. A lovely trip!”

“Apples R Us is a small operation with quality products (mainly apples, apple cider, and apple liqueurs) but there's not much else to actually do onsite. The free samples are VERY small (maybe 1/4 oz) and they reused the same plastic containers without even the option to rinse them, so the flavors all mixed. It would be much nicer if you could just pay for a flight to try all the liqueurs properly, especially when you're going to spend $20-$35 on a bottle to take home. The owner was very friendly though and welcomed us to go up the hill from the store so you could see the actual orchard. There is not the option to pick your own apples. Overall, think of this as going to the store to buy your apple products, not as an orchard or distillery experience.”

“Don’t come on a Wednesday 😵‍💫 they had all of their machines running and unfortunately their retail is in the same space. The sound was unbelievable!! I can’t remember the last time I was around something so loud my ears physically hurt 😵‍💫”
