Barden Family Orchard

“We went to Barden Family Orchard for the first time today, and it was such a sweet experience with my family! Being 8 months pregnant made walking around a bit of a challenge, but the staff was so kind and helpful. I brought my camera, of course, and captured some adorable shots of my son’s first apple-picking adventure. Safe to say, we had the best time — and we’ll definitely be back next time with one more little apple picker in tow! ❤️🍎 Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun, Fall, family experience with some GREAT apples and an amazing selection of types! We’re using ours to make some Apple picking tonight!! 🥧”

“Went here with my sister to go pick apples. It's become a family tradition since we were kids to go apple picking. This is the best orchard that we found that is closer than the ones we used to go to in New Hampshire. This place is very rustic looking. Love everything about it. Staff is also great and knowledgeable. I do advise get there earlier for parking cuz sometimes that can fill up on the weekend weekdays not so bad.”

“Tons and tons of rows to walk down every row is labeled so you know which apples you’re picking. 35.00 for a friends bag and holds 10lbs perfect for a day out with the family! our kids enjoyed looking for “the best apple” and enjoyed a little taste testing along the way. Barden also offers all your fall aesthetic for your home decor and some awesome photo op spots while you’re picking your delicious apples!”

“Amazing farm with great owners and staff! Excellent selection of different apple varieties, peaches, berries and flowers along with a whole store worth of goodies ! If you like farm produce and fruits Barden is the real deal! We went in early September and picked 4 different types of apples, blueberries, flowers and raspberries! Small farm feel with a down home soul !”

“Visited for the first time yesterday and loved it! This orchard has so many varieties of apples, rows are clearly marked and apples are pretty easy to reach. Cute little shop with assorted jams, flavored butters and sweets. Every person working was very friendly and welcoming. They have a baby swing and tractor tire swing for the kids (and kids at heart). Great day!”

“Such a nice place to spend the afternoon! They still have apples! And don’t miss there cute little chickens running around! Great place to go on a little adventure with little ones! Friendly staff! It was about 45$ for a big bag of apples they have a lot of variety. Great place for photos!”

“Yesterday was a such a fun day with my kids. This place is so big. You can find every different kind of apple. Very happy with all the directions. Just it was hard to find a parking lot but other than that was so fun!”

“This is a wonderful place. It is fairly easy to find using google maps. There was someone directing traffic to park. The parking is along a lot next to the orchards. It is not huge but we found a parking spot easy enough. As you enter there is a lot of pumpkins and a general store. They have lots of apple trees of various types. You buy a bag at the small building near the entrance. There is a small and large size. and then you just walk through and pick until your bag is full. It is a fairly large set of orchards with very healthy fruit and tall trees. If you wonder the orchards you may find the pig pen which was very neat. The staff was very friendly and the apples were delicious.”
