A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Oregon.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.

“I wasn’t expecting blueberry picking to be this relaxing, but somehow 7 minutes turned into an hour. The berries were incredibly sweet, the staff was friendly, and the whole place had such a peaceful atmosphere. I may or may not have sampled a few “quality-control” blueberries while filling my bucket… purely for scientific purposes. Watching everyone sorting blueberries in the packing area made me realize how much work goes into getting them from the field to our table. It definitely made me appreciate them even more. The picture I posted is where my imagination took over. After picking for a while, I started picturing the blueberries escaping the sorting table and completely surprising everyone working in the back. Thankfully, that only happened in my imagination! If you’re anywhere nearby, this place is absolutely worth the stop. Fresh berries, genuinely kind people, and a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. I’ll definitely be back with another bucket.”

“Hands down our favorite place to pick berries. The berries are organic and delicious. The staff are always friendly. The sell go giddy pops which are healthy and my son loves them. The you pick price is $2.50 a pound which is the same cost as conventional you pick places. They have lots of different varieties and a long growing season. We have been going 3 times a week since the first berries came on! They have two very friendly goats that the kids love to feed and pet. They also have a nice place to sit in the shade of a big tree. Def check this place out.”

“Now managed by daughter of owners. Well-tended blueberries of different varieties and decent prices for U-pick and picked/frozen available from about late July to sometimes as long as early Sept. Penned goats may show curiosity as you walk by to the picnic area under a couple large walnut trees. Portable toilets near the parking lot. The free-range chickens are no longer there.”

“$1.50 a pound to pick your own blueberries. We had a great time picking, and ended up with a huge tub of blueberries to snack on, for only about $7 total. Lynn and Kevin Thompson run the stand. They're the owners and have been running it for 24 years.”

“Must visit place. Highly recommend. We loved the Blueray and Dixie/Berkley hybrid variety. The owner was very kind in recommending us the variety based on our taste preferences and he was spot on. $2 per lb for the ones we pick. Cant go wrong!”
