“This is such a cute, smaller pumpkin patch just outside of the city Corvallis. The corn maze was really fun and well done. The operators included agricultural fun facts to guide guests through the maze as well as had the foresight to put in grass seed along the paths to reduce the muddiness, as well as a layer of straw. What I was most impressed with was the actual pumpkin patch. Most places around Oregon source their pumpkins from other farms, and then scatter the pumpkins across their own ground to make a "pumpkin patch." But the Melon Shack is the real deal. They grow their pumpkins. In order to pick ours, we had to cut the pumpkins off the vines. While a simple operation, they were very close and very reasonably priced. I would recommend! -Pumpkin price: 42 cents per lb. -Corn Maze Price: $6 per person for daytime, non-haunted -No entrance fee, no parking fee -They have food and drinks on sight, as well as a small farm stand”

“I recently visited the haunted maze. As someone who gets scared easily, I was on edge from the moment I stepped inside. What stood out most was how kind and respectful the actors were. Despite my fright, they maintained a great balance between being spooky and ensuring everyone felt safe. It was clear they were dedicated to creating a memorable experience without crossing any lines. The maze itself was impressively long and intricately designed, making every minute feel worth every penny spent. Each twist and turn brought new surprises, keeping my adrenaline pumping throughout. I can't recommend this haunted maze enough! We had such a fantastic time that I’m already planning my return visit. If you love a good scare (or even if you don’t), this maze is a must-see!”

“This little farm is amazing! It has all the essential needs to create the fall farm experience. The medium sized pumpkin field contains an assortment of colorful pumpkins --ripe orange, pale green, and white, all for 0.39¢ per pound. There's a small shop with tinier gourds for sale, plus a picnic area surrounded by a few food carts including one that vends delicious, freshly made donuts as low as $1! And many more for just $2! Spooky corn maze and tractor rides also available. Excellent farm within 15 minutes of Corvallis and Albany.”

“The BEST watermelon and cantaloupe you can get! This neat roadside farm sells melons in the summer - with free samples to help you choose which kind to get. They also sell a variety of other seasonal produce. In the fall they sell pumpkins. Their corn maze is fun for the whole family, and haunted at night. They have hay rides, and a field of pumpkins to choose from.”

“The hay ride was the highlight for me! The driver gave us a a bit of history about the farm and made it very fun, taking us on a lovely ride next to the pumpkin patch and through the cornfield. The giant slide was awesome! There were plenty cute spots for photos! We were allowed to bring our well behaved dog. Very fun!”

“Went in the late afternoon to pick pumpkins, ride the hay ride and tractor train ride. Have fantastic kettle corn! Came back for the haunted corn maze,$18, a very long wait, (1.5 hrsish). They had scarers in line which helped. Got all the way up to the front and found out we couldn't take purses in (there was 0 signs indicating this in line). The maze it's self was fun, about an hours time to get through. There was long periods of time there was no scarers, and we were constantly running into other groups which kinda ruined some scares. Overall it was fun and would definitely go again. Would love to see future improvements.”

“My high school sports team had a very poor time here. Everyone paid the $6 to access the maze (which was very muddy) only to be scolded by the owner for some problem she had with us that never became quite clear. When we were asked to not lean on the Halloween decorations, we were happy to comply, but she continued the matter further saying that we were damaging her property value. This argument continued for over half an hour. Maybe she just has a problem with kids? If so, she is in the wrong business. Please visit a different corn maze.”
