What visitors say

“Gorgeous property with 7 varieties of blueberries. The offer U-pick, pre picked, blueberry baked goods, fresh cut wildflowers, and local honey and maple syrup. The Burdick family lives on site and it’s obvious they love and put care into what they do. There is also an Airbnb on site for people needing a place to stay. This was our first time and we enjoyed ourselves. The staff was friendly and helpful. They drove you out to an area suitable for picking on an old open air pick up truck. We were only picking for 2 people so it didn’t take us long to get more than what we needed. The berries were huge, juicy, sweet and delicious. The best berries and nicest farm we have been to so far. They even gave you a recipe pamphlet and history of the property when you checked out. Follow them on Facebook for seasonal opening/ closing updates and current pricing. Tips- -Bring your own bucket or container to take your berries home in. -Currently no need to make a reservation to pick.”

“One of the best you pick blueberry/cut flowers experience anywhere. The location is off the beaten track and very beautiful. The blueberry fields are expansive But equally important are the small details of how it is run and operated that so compliments the natural advantages. Everything is clearly marked and the outhouses are both spotless and odorless (no easy task on a warm summer day). The surrey is a wonderful touch that insures that the visitor is taken to the area with the most ripe berries that are ready for picking. It also is set up in such a way that each group has its own blueberry patch so you are not competing for berries. This year the berries were so thick you can easily harvest 6 at a time. And it is frosting on the cake that the berries taste so good.”

“If you want to pick blueberries, this is the only place to go in my opinion. Their flowers were a bit past peak but still a lot of very beautiful ones. But that is just the appetizer! They have acres of blueberry bushes, all brimming with luscious fruit. On top of the abundance, they manage it well so that you are not going right back over where someone just picked. We got over 13 pounds of berries in about an hour and didn’t touch more than four bushes!”

“The most lovely setting... a stunning blueberry orchard nestled into the hills of the southern tier. The blue truck takes you out to your given row where you are met by a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable guide who leads you to your own private section and checks on you frequently. The entire staff was delightful. The bushes are plentiful and bear the sweetest fruit. Definitely worth the ride to this gem of a place!”

“The June Tea was amazing. Having never been to Burdick’s before we arrived and I instantly felt like it was just a magical place. The grounds are beautiful. The tour was informative and loads of fun. The tea was wonderful. It was a gift I gave my mom for Mother’s Day and fully exceeded our expectations. I cannot wait to return for more classes and for summer blueberry picking.”

“Went to Burdick Blueberries for the first time today and we had an overall great experience! The staff were friendly and the blueberries are delicious. We’ll be back again! 🫐”

“Breathtaking…..the table settings, the view, the tour and stories. Delicious…..the tea, the tea savories, the special sweets. A beautiful day!!!”

“Had a wonderful time at the afternoon tea. Everything was delicious and seeing the flowers and animals was so much fun! thank you”
