Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Wisconsin.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Payment notes on file: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, VISA. Cash still helps at smaller stands.

“I wanted something real and healthy to eat. Ended up with a container of blueberries that were so yummy! Also, the guy behind the counter was very helpful at helping me find a healthy place to get a bite to eat. I got to pet a kitty who was wandering around so cute and happy! So many spooky Halloween decorations to look at. There is a corn maze and hayride. It was all very exciting and made me feel like a young kid!”

“I had the best time at CB with my 3 year old grand daughter...you can spend a long time there and if you want some delicious ice cream to top it off on a hot summer day you're covered! There is A LOT to do for kids .The play area is safe and very imaginative ..I'm a local and will return for flowers ( amazing baskets) and fun! Thanks Cindy and family 🥰”

“Was so impressed with the amount of obstacle courses, jungle gyms, and structures in the kids play area. It’s great for young kids and entertained my toddler for almost 2 hours! The family package ticket comes with the hay ride and a great amount of food to feed the goats and llamas on the property. Staff were also super friendly.”

“So fun! The animals were all so cute and friendly, some would even want pets/scratches. There were lots of goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks, donkeys, and the miniature pony. Also, there were so many cute and fun play areas, for both kids and adults, me and my family even raced in the mini race circle. Highly recommend”

“Great place to take the kids, plenty of space to run and play. Feed the goats, mini donkeys, alpaca, ducks and chickens. A great place to spend a couple hours or an entire afternoon”

“It can be a fun little place to enjoy with your children. The playground is geared towards age 10 and younger, but there are some things your older children might enjoy (tug o war, basketball, and the hamster wheels). The corn maze needed to be trimmed-we didn't know any of the answers to the superhero clues, but we could see where the path was beaten down (I wish they had done some useful trivia that was more inclusive, NONE of the superhero movies were made for little children) and for our family it was not as enjoyable. The hayride was a nice little break in the day, but seemed lacking. It might be better if there was a tour guide of sorts letting you know interesting facts about the plants or farm equipment we were going by. The petting zoo was fun. For both adults and children, but some of the animals needed their hoofs trimmed. The baby goats were adorable. The price was decent for the wristband. The produce looked good. When we left, I told my children "It was fun to do once, but we don't need to go back", and they were ok with that.”

“The playground is very fun especially if you have younger kids. The animals are also engaging and it's worth feeding them too. That said, there are 2 issues i would point out to anyone considering to go there. First, to go to the playground adults must pay full price which should be cheaper-it is not so just heads up to parents. Second, we were told the field was closed even though we could see there were people picking in the field. I'd recommend elsewhere if you are counting on produce or at the very least call ahead to make sure you can actually pick it otherwise it'll be a wasted trip.”

“It's fun for the little ones (3yr olds) but my oldest didn't really have much fun... and the cost has gone up again. Honestly for a little more money we could have gone somewhere else and everyone would have enjoyed the day more. We had been going for the past few years but this last visit is likely to be our last. Even with the additions there wasn't much for us to enjoy.”
