Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in California.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“My family and I love this place! Not only do they have a huge selection of amazing pumpkins but they have goats, horses and chickens for the kids to check out as well. They also have live music playing on certain days and sell snacks like fresh popped popcorn, pie, soft drinks, etc. Walking around the farm there is neat too. They have a corn field, strawberries, lettuce and other fruits and veggies growing.”

“This is my favorite pumpkin patch filled with the beautiful colors of October. If you enjoy Fall and Halloween, this is a great place to get in the mood for the Holiday. They have animals for the kids to check out and it is located in a beautiful area close to the ocean. I look forward to coming back every year! It is always nice to appreciate the hard work of the farmers.”

“Nice place to get your pumpkins and for your little ones to get extra energy out by playing in the bounce house area ( for a reasonable fee). There's a shaded area for parents to sit while the kids play”

“It’s a nice farm where they play pumpkin lyric music and lots of pumpkin options to choose from. I admire the info sheets about the type of pumpkins they have and bought a sunflower for $2! Not much to do besides bounce houses and fruit/flower/pumpkin picking”
