Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Michigan.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

What visitors say
17 reviews on file · showing 8 visitor notes from the listing data.
“This place is amazing if you want a huge variety of apples, pumpkins, and squash to choose from. They sell apple cider, 11 different apples, pumpkins, and a bunch of squash. I personally enjoyed the apple cider and definitely reccomend it. The apples are fresh as well, and you can see them preparing the apples to sell when you walk into the building. The hours are pretty limited, as they are earlier in the day, but it's definitely worth it if you buy from here.”
“High quality apples, a friendly staff and a wide selection of pumpkins (varied by size, shape and color) make this place a great Fall tradition for the family. Hilltop setting offers some nice views also good for a family photo backdrop. Pumpkins are u-pick but apples are picked by the staff.”
“Great place for apples and u-pick pumpkins. Always a nice variety of pumpkin sizes, and the location is very scenic. We usually take our fall family photo there. The owners are great, too!”
“A No nonsence orchard, no gimmicks, just get your apples or baked goods and get on with your day. Close to town saving time and fuel.”
“Great place to get pumpkins, gourds, donuts and the cider was from a local mill. Lots of great apple varieties. Good people.”
