Iowa City Farmers Market

“Love the Iowa City Farmers Market! It's always so busy, but that makes it alive. Great food trucks and even more amazing local producers! If you've never been to other Farmers Markets outside of Iowa, I'm telling you, there's nothing like Iowa grown produce. This is a special place. Today I took some photos of the more unusual things I saw. Can't wait to explore how to prepare and use some of these items!”

“The perfect, quintessentially sized Farmer's Market. And actual farmers were here - selling their produce at reasonable prices! You can't say that about many Farmer's Markets. There is an awesome blend of ready-made grub and produce. I got some organid peppers, a steamed pork bun, and a carrot muffin. Highly recommend stopping in, even if you are out of town.”

“The Farmers Market is a regular favorite for people from all over Iowa City. In addition to fresh produce and baked goods, there are wonderful local crafts. People generally look for their favorite vendors, but discovering new vendors is also part of the fun. Food trucks add some variety and options.”

“Parking can be tricky if you haven’t been here, but there’s always street parking around the farmers market. The farmers' market is a great mix of vendors to choose from. I like the selections that they have over here. I enjoyed my experience”
