Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Wisconsin.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“What a great roadside attraction that is the heart of Americana. It feels very homegrown and community driven. Loved seeing the happy healthy animals (make sure to bring quarters if you want to give them snacks!) and that the produce sold in the farm stand was non GMO. This is a great place for little kids to have a fun time exploring and for the little guys to have a fun time with pumpkins twice their size. Also love to see signs that the farm stand accepted EBT/SNAP—such a great resource for low income people While you can spend money here, people can come without needing to spend money, which makes it a great option for low income families to enjoy”

“Amazing place to bring young children. We went on a weekday and spent 3 hours there until the little one had nothing left in the tank. You can tell they care, everything there is well kept and maintained. There are so many clever farm things, like the tire playground and the hopper basketball hoops. Definitely worth the trip and cost of admission! Prices on pumpkins were a little on the higher side, but not unreasonable and in the same ballpark as most other specialty farms. They had so many different types I had never seen before! The store sells great Asiago bread and cheese popcorn too.”

“Had a good time even though it rained when we got there sadly, but we enjoyed ourselves while we were here. Love that they have a coffee bar and hot cocoa to keep you warm, we got ours spiked and it was so delicious. We got the hot chocolate with peanut butter whiskey and boy was that delicious and kept us warm. Definitely need to come back.”

“Lovely pumpkin farm! I thought everything was opened but admission area opens at 4 so we had to leave. However, market area was pretty and fun enough stop by. We purchased few items and I absolutely loved it.. especially pickles in jars that says spicy but not spicy. Admission costs only $8 so it’s not crazy to buy.”

“Great pumpkin farm. Free to get in to, live entertainment, different picture area. Different booth position in. And different cool scenery. After movies and shows.Super cool! They have a store as well, price reasonable.”

“What a great family fun filled experience! Excellent mix of farm and food and entertainment. Seemed a little pricy at first, but the reward is well worth it. Everyone was so nice and the sugar cookies are amazing.”

“Great spot to take the kids. Adults will enjoy it too! Don’t forget to go into the country store.”

“Lots to do for free Pumpkins galore Fall foods available”
