Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in North Carolina.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Took my family to the event "Christmas on the farm" We had such a wonderful time! We really enjoyed everything they had, from the lights and music was our first impression, it was cute and simple... to the snow "bubble" blower that was one of our favorites there, the corn pits were a blast, tractor ride was so fun, hot chocolate and apple cider doughnuts were delicious, live nativity sean in the barn with sweet people &friendly farm animals we petted a long time. A very cool Santa was there for pictures we talked to him awhile. They had a couple raised fire drums for warming up next to we really appreciated! My children had been asking to go to a farm so I found this place & event on Facebook it was perfect timing. We will be returning & Would definitely recommend for a wholesome family outing 😊 we made memories that I will cherish!”

“First time taking our two year old here! She absolutely loved it! They had a lot of activities for kids her age and up. The corn maze was tore up but I can understand that cause it’s the end of October. The hay ride was pretty awesome, we got to stop an get some apples before going back to the farm. It was well worth the 8 bucks to get in. Everything (besides food and drinks) was included with admission. They had a petting zoo, hay ride, corn maze, corn pit, bounce houses, Hay bell maze and a pumpkin patch. We will definitely be telling others about this beautiful family owned farm! An we will definitely be coming back next year!”

“Definitely worth the money!! Staff is friendly and on top of cleanliness which was a huge bonus. Long tractor ride around the farm. They stop and let you pick an apple from one of their crates, how fun! The corn maze is well groomed too! Can’t say how many corn mazes you go in to and it’s so badly made and way too confusing to follow. Theirs leads to a big beautiful tree before you find your way out. We found our new yearly fall farm!”

“Pretty great for the price. They have added an extra corn play spot, some venders(which is convenient), some tractors for the kids to pretend play on and a nice play ground area. Then of course they have the corn maze, apple orchard tractor ride, pumpkin patch, petting zoo, frog race, nice bathrooms, a large space that seemed like it was for birthdays and a hay maze. As well as a beautiful view of the lake!!”

“When we arrived there were a lot of schools. However they were all in the process of leaving. They do a good job having separate hours for schools versus the public. They don't have accessibility parking but they were very accommodating. They a had a lot activities to do. They have the best corn maze that I have ever done.”

“What a GEM!! Was only in town for a short visit so I wanted to go somewhere for pumpkins and animals and boy did we have a blast! Our granddaughter who just turned one loved the animals, the pumpkins and I think her favorite was riding on the trailer pulled by the tractor and carrying her apple!! Such a great family day.”
