Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Michigan.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“I can’t say enough about the owners of this business. Jimmy the owner spent his Sunday in the rain looking for my new iPhone 17 I lost last night bringing 4 teenage kids through. It’s orange and has an orange case which would normally be great easy to spot, unless it’s under a stack of orange fallen leaves in the mud. Needless to say him and his wife went over and above to accommodate me when they didn’t have to and that speaks volumes. Thanks so much for putting on such a cool event!!! Keep doing it!!!”

“Corn maze was setup very nice. They have two mazes, one for kids and one for adults. Very good time and if you can read a map you won't get lost. Then they have the pumpking patch which is huge and they have the best prices on pumpkins. Their donuts and apple cider are also really great and well priced.”

“Get ready for a long wait in line, but definitely worth the wait. It's best to go with a large group of friends for the best experience. We were very impressed with the corn maze, we will check out the haunted woods next year!”

“Scariest ever. We went through the Twisted Path. Well choreographed, very professional and I was ready to get OUT of there. Thanks for a fun time”

“The haunted maze and the haunted woods trail was the best part. The woods trail was better than the maze. My issue is their food barn. One member of our group waited probably 15 minutes just for a dozen doughnuts. Their system for doughnuts is terrible. You pay and then have to wait for a tray to be brought out. Their doughnut machine, singular doughnut machine, spits one doughnut out every couple seconds. This establishment needs either multiple doughnut makers or they should project for the business they want. They should not advertise a dozen doughnuts. The man next to the member of my party stole extra doughnuts as reimbursement for the wait. For as much money this place rakes in their food process should be a well oiled machine. Sadly this is the only time we'll go this year as I'd hate to experience a busy night. Amazing doughnuts but terrible process.”

“I work at a homeless shelter for youth and we had planned an outing with a couple of the youth at the shelter to walk this corn maze. When we arrived we learned that they are cash only but have an atm. We were going to use a company credit card to pay so using the atm was not an option and unfortunately after arriving, I had to inform the youth that we probably couldn’t walk the maze. Since we drove 25 minutes though to get there and the kids were disappointed that we probably couldn’t walk the maze I thought maybe because of the situation that they would allow the youth to walk the maze for free, however, after explaining the situation to the staff we were sadly turned away. We came with the intention of paying but couldn’t due to the company credit card not allowing us to pull cash from an atm. We weren’t asking for free donuts, cider or food the only ask was to walk the corn maze for free due to the situation, something that would have cost them nothing to allow. I understand they are running a business and cannot allow people to just walk their maze for free but they could have considered this charity work for youth who are currently experiencing homeless and have been neglected for the majority of their lives. I am giving them two stars instead of one only because they were not necessarily rude to us, just not willing to give back to the community in this way.”

“Kids Kept yelling at us to turn our flash lights off, when we had older people and were facing them at the ground. And we didn’t want people falling. Very! Rude and some had masks off and were talking to their friends. Costumes look like no work was put in. It wasn’t even scary cause I was so pissed off. If you don’t want flashlights make it a rule. Plain and simple. Try putting makeup on ,instead of just wearing a mask and getting paid for it. The donuts weren’t good and were cold. A lot of the kids kept brushing up on us and pushing us around yelling at us to turn our flashlights off. I don’t think I’ll be coming again or recommending it to people if this is what we get for 30 dollars.”

“Truly a bizarre little place and feels run down, during the day anyway. Some of the playground equipment is wood, has splinters, huge steps and a bees nest in one! Not suitable for really little kids (we had a 2 year old with us). The only animals kids can really pet are goats. There are sheep, pigs and cows you can look at. Not worth $10 per person and definately not worth another $4.50 in ATM fees on top of it. Bring cash if you decide to go. I sure hope the evening activities are better.”
