Portsmouth Farmers' Market

“We love our Portsmouth Farmers Market! Lots of great vendors, all locally grown, locally made, and/or locally sourced products. A must for every visit for us is a stop at the maple ice cream booth - this is the creamiest ice cream and it's so delicious. Friendly vendors, and a great place to catch up with old friends and meet new friends! Every Saturday morning from May through early November in the City Hall parking lot.”

“Portsmouth is a dog friendly town. Dogs are NOT welcome at the farmers market. I didn't see the sign and someone told me I better leave or I would get a ticket ! I apologized and left. Knowing Portsmouth is a dog friendly town and the market is across the street from the dog park, maybe offer a dog friendly area. I understand that not everything needs to be dog friendly. The market is a great place to support local farmers and has a great sense of community but I wasn't feeling any sense of welcoming that visit”
