“Went here for a cow milking session and it was an experience. !! The guide was very detailed about how to milk and explained to us what they do with the Milk and how the cows are let out during the day . She had great knowledge about the cows and it was a pleasure to her go on and on. She answered all our questions patiently. Once you are out , there are other animals like Sheep, Goat, Horse, Chickens. You can pet them if they are closer but you cant feed them. We can easily spend about a couple of hours here. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“I wish I knew about this farm before! It's free to visit. You can tell the animals are well cared for. There's goats, chicken, donkeys, horses and cows. Some of the chickens free roam along with a friendly cat named Clyde. They have activities like feeding the the animals, hands milking or collecting eggs but you need to get tickets online in advance. Definitely going to keep coming and can't wait to try some of their eggs!”

“I live in Chicago and don't make it to the suburbs very often. But this was definitely worth the trip. We went to see the goats but saw cows, horses, donkeys and chickens as well. It was a fun afternoon. Kids will definitely enjoy. We got to pet the baby goats. It was a great day.”

“Had so much fun! It’s a small farm and nice place to take the kids to. We loved that it’s one family at a time per time slot. Kitt was AMAZING. We took home a dozen eggs after the girls picked them from there coop🥚”

“Fun farm for little kids to explore animals, tractors, tire swing and the "Little Chick's Corner". Pack a lunch, there are picnic tables and a few shade trees!”

“Loved it, it is a nice park district facility. So sweet to see all the new born animals. Especially nice that it is FREE!”

“We came for a Girl Scout trip to learn about the care of farm animals. Farmer Emily did a fantastic job explaining things at the girls’ level, and allowed the girls to explore the whole farm. We got to pet the horses, goats, sheep, and chickens-which they all loved! My daughter and I will be back in the summer to try a cow milking class and to collect eggs from the hens. The pricing was reasonable, though parking by the barn was a bit limited for the troop.”
