“My brother bought me 2 bushels of peaches at the market in St. Jacobs recently. We canned nearly 60 quarts from the 2 bushels. I cannot understate just how beautiful the peaches were. Hardly a blemish amongst them. Almost no loss at all. In the years I've been canning peaches, these were by far the best fruit I've ever come across.”
