Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Wisconsin.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Parking lot is nice and big and its free. Entrance is free. Kids bracelets to use to slide, jump pillow(nice and big, around 35fr long, shaped like a pumpkin), go carts (that u pedal )and hay ride is $12 for kids of ALL ages. Adults pay $6 for a ticket for 1 ride on the hay ride. This Place is big and has many benches for people to sit and enjoy the day. The main barn has the scale for you to weight ur pumpkin to pay at the end. Then the other two little barns/ houses have 2 sides to purchase stuff. One side you buy honey, salsa, apple cider , cones filled with food for goats($1) and tickets. The other side has hot food like mac and cheese, nachos, doughnuts, ice cream etc. Everything is pretty good. Theres a large corn maze. Regular bathrooms and around 12 portable bathrooms. Theres one last building that is for a Party. I would come here again. Great place”

“Good variety of things to do. Great for families of all ages. It was a great experience. The corn maze was fun. Just be aware of the weather is bad or if it's been raining, the ground will be mushy/muddy. So wear the proper boots/shoes in case they get muddy.”

“Free parking and entry. Pumpkins are by the lb with a 2.50 minimum so not super great for smaller pumpkins. Activities were fun and child focused. Enjoyed being able to pick your own pumpkin in the field. Great for pictures!!”

“Swans is a great staple for fall activities. Compared to other pumpkin farms in the area, the prices aren't bad for games/attractions and youre not paying to just walk in the door. However, those do not open until noon on the weekdays which I wish was stated clearly on their website. Prices for pumpkins and other gourds are very reasonable. All the large pumpkins we got were under $7 each. Comparable to target and pick n save prices but with an experience of picking your own. We've been to the corn maze and other attractions which were fun for smaller kids. Only took a star off because of the attractions opening later than their actual opening time. If youre not looking for a huge attraction, with reasonable prices, animals to feed, and some fall food and/or family picture opportunities, id recommend swans.”

“Cute farm-like experience. $12 wristband for access to most activities. Goats on display in terrible need of a ferrier w overgrown hooves and recurved horn growing back into skull, must be painful. Young bull on display severely underfed, with all ribs showing. Talked to owner about the animals, he was dismissive. Unfortunate. Leaves a bad taste after all the fun kid activities.”

“Let’s start with the the fact that we have been coming here for years. Went during the week to avoid the crowds with my grandson. Some staff was very unfriendly. We bought the wristband for unlimited rides and attractions. My grandson was the only kid in the place and was stopped every few minutes to check his wristband. The man attending the tractor slide was extremely rude and acted as if we were a bother to him. Please get some staff that actually likes children. The checkout lady on the other hand was so lovely. Please keep her around.”
