Terra Growers

“Wow is all I can say! This little gem is just 2 hours outside of Chicago and it will NOT disappoint. I took my boys for a night, and it was an absolute delight. The campsite itself was private and beautiful. On top of that, the owners were absolutely helpful and friendly. My two boys LOVED seeing the pigs, feeding the chickens, petting Ruby ( the owners dog that is full of joy and energy) - they have a well kept outhouse, farm fresh eggs, potable water, firewood on site. We will 100 percent be back!”

“Volunteering at Terra Growers in both 2022 and 2024 has been an enriching experience for me. Jolenta and Elliott's warm welcome each time made it even more special !! The farm's tranquil beauty added to the enjoyment, and I've gained a lot from my time there. Sending lots of love from Quebec !!!”

“The land was incredible, and we got a great tour. The lush green environment was revitalizing to our mind, body, and spirit. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and answered all of our questions about organic farming.”

“A wonderful organic farm run by people who care deeply about sustainable agriculture. Woofers come from far and wide to live there and contribute to the collaborative work. There’s a farm shop as well. A true gem!”

“Great organic farm. Meets high expectations via product quality and a great learning environment for those in live with organic methods.”

“Great local farmstand just outside of Middleton, with a variety of seasonal produce plus fresh eggs. Self service.”

“Wonderful people! And a beautiful location. We have family that woof here. A great place!”

“The location is nice, out away from the city and easy to get to. The amenities were few, but were there. My main complaint is the communication. It generally took a couple days to hear from them and they have not gotten back to me regarding my deposit for my plot. I did all that was asked of me and my numerous emails have gone unanswered, so I am assuming I am never getting that sum back again.”
