“Amazing place! Great place for produce, cute yard-wares, pumpkins, and mums! Cool gated area for kids to run around:) This review is only for the fall season so far. I just visited for the first time with my husband. We met some family here so their kiddos could play in the children's gated play area. There is a kids admission fee first - but boy, was I jealous that the attractions they had weren't around for me when I was younger! It was super cool. Our fam did say that it's better to be here on a weekday evening since it's entirely too crowded for them on weekends. Plus, adults have to pay too on weekends. Keep that in mind! This autumn they had a slide area with a little haunted tunnel, haybales stacking up to a wooden train, players with swings, and tables and chairs for the adults! On the other side, they had corn kernel pits, pedal-tractors, and a "needle-in-the-haystack" search area with prizes if you won the golden needle (wooden stick). The kiddos were free to run and play and found some friends there too. One second they were zooming around on the little tractors and the next they were burying their sister in the corn pit. I literally heard another person's kid wail "I don't wanna goooo" when the workers came around saying it was close to closing. The coolest thing in my opinion was the big wooden aquaduct thing in the middle. You could buy some different bags of dirt or sand that had hidden treasures in them. You'd use the running water and some sieves to pan for fake gold and other shiny things. I think my husband was tempted to buy a bag for himself😆 The actual shopping area under the building structure offered a large variety of goods! Fresh produce, jams and butters, creamed honey??! All looked so yummy. We got a pumpkin and some Elderberry Jam to try (a nice there lady recommended it). All of the workers there were so helpful and kind. They were the perfect balance: attentive but let us do our own thing. It definitely added to the charming small-town-in-fall feel of the place. The only thing that took away from that was the too-scary decorations for Halloween😭 Definitely some clowns, werewolves, and tattered clothes on life-size (and one 10-foot) skeletons. No witches though! The quick and short review: Great for adults and kids! A bit crowded depending on timing (arrive early to look for parking!). Pretty high walkability and accessibility, even for stroller or wheelchair users. Extremely nice workers and visitors. Amazing products and impressive kids area. All in all, I would highly, highly recommend!”

“I shop here on a regular basis. The tomatoes are superb. They have a large selection of local products. Right now, Oct 2021, they have a large selection of pumpkins. The service is great and they have samples of some of their products. The watermelon sample I tried was delicious. I enjoy the grass fed beef products and fresh eggs. I like to support my local business especially this one. The quality of their vegetables and fruits is always great. The trains that pass by behind the market add to the ambiance along with the beauty of the downtown Kirkwood area. Plenty of outdoor seating in and around the area. Support your local Farmers Market and business and Kirkwood has some of the best in Missouri. The Christmas Market is excellent also. Plenty of Christmas treats, trees, ornaments, decorations, candy, and gifts. The quality of the Xmas trees is superb.”

“The Christmas market at Kirkwood Summit Farmers Market is honestly the cutest thing ever! From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by so many unique and charming items for sale—it’s like a treasure trove of holiday goodies. The candies and chocolates are absolutely delicious, making it impossible to resist trying a little bit of everything. What really makes the experience special is the staff; they are incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm and festive atmosphere. The whole market is bursting with holiday cheer, with twinkling lights and joyful decorations creating the perfect backdrop for a festive outing. I love how it feels like a little holiday wonderland where you can find gifts, treats, and good vibes all in one place. If you’re looking to soak up some Christmas spirit, this market is a must-visit!”

“This was my first time visiting this adorable place, and I brought a friend with me to enjoy a low-key but exciting Halloween activity. The employees were very nice and welcoming, which made our first visit wonderful! We absolutely loved having the chance to donate to a great cause and decorate a pumpkin at the same time. The admission to get in is unbelievably inexpensive, and there are so many activities for kids all over the property. For my friend, who has autism, the manageable size and low stimulation level made this the perfect, welcoming environment for us to enjoy. We also loved walking around the market, seeing all the local products displayed. You have a great selection of fresh fruits, veggies, packaged meat, and lovely seasonal decorations. We will definitely be back!”

“This place is a holiday tradition for us. Usually, we come here at Christmas time and their Christmas market is near perfect. We will be coming again this year. They have amazing decorations, many of which we haven't seen in other stores. This was our first time at the fall market, and though it's not as good as the Christmas market, it was still fantastic. They had a giant play area for children adjacent to the building, tons of Halloween decor, fall snacks and food, and a lively crowd. I love Halloween, but I also love Thanksgiving, and I didn't see any Thanksgiving decor at all. Still, we will likely add this to our autumn traditions. It's free! Come out and take a look!”

Things were fresh and reasonably priced. There's also a play area if you have little ones tagging along. Highly recommended! Go check them out!”
