“I stopped by to buy some green chili. They roasted it for free. The guy who roasted the chili, did a really good job. The reason I say this is because it was easy to peel. Other places they leave it hard to peel. The employees were super nice. Definitely a place to go on the weekends. They have a small eatery there.”

“The most captivating spot in Corrales. The diverse selection of fruits and vegetables is awe-inspiring, and the red and green Chile is exceptional. For optimal flavor, the Chile should be roasted by master roasters with extensive expertise.”

“Family owned with wonderful baked goods in the fall. A true farm store with neautifulmristras, green Chile stew and fresh produce in the fall in a very special and sweet village of Corrales”

“Great place for truly local produce. Fantastic chiles, roasted whole you wait and very good value. Cafe serves good, tasty well priced food and worth a visit.”

“Each year, we buy their green chile, the best around, and they roast our chile. We always love the smell of great, hot green chile being smoked.”

“We get our chile here every year for the last 20 years! It's always delicious! The guys doing the roasting are always so nice and like to chat!”

“My favorite green chile! So glad we could make it here from Arizona this year The stuff is friendly, and their green chile is awesome!”

“For the past two years going never had horrible customer service from getting there a gentleman in a black shirt around 30-35 years was automatically rude to me and my wife then same gentleman roasted our green chili because the older man doing it all day was busy. Chili wasn’t roasted right after sweating in the bag for 4 hours called and was told there was nothing they can do about it to let it sweat longer waited over night and it was still the same way ended up having to roast it on my grill for it to actually roast properly. Hopefully this was a one time thing because I love going to you guys at Wagner Farms.”
