“This was the first on our 5.5 hour tour that took us to Green Well Farms, Kaloko-Honokohoq National Park, Honanza Pokémon Shop, St. Benedict Catholic Church, and the ABC Dtore #71. This "Big C" tour was great and our tour guide Jess was friendly, outgoing, knowlegable, and a lot of fun. If you like Kona coffee this is a must visit. The samples of coffee are great, the gift shop is very nlce, and the farm is beautiful even after the major storm that came thru. In some of my pictures you can see the damage.”

“Such an incredible free tour! Our guide, Matt, was funny and entertaining, as well as informative and educated. He talked us through the history of coffee farming in Kona, the coffee making process, and the trials the farm has had to overcome. A truly enlightening tour on beautiful grounds, plus free samples of different Kona coffees. Note: Since the flash flooding in March, the property is not fully accessible. However, the staff still did an excellent job of explaining the whole tour.”

“Unlimited free samples of a wide selection of coffee as well as cooler weather than the beach, the stop was amazing! Tour guide was super informative and we got to see a variety of citrus, avocado, and--ot course--coffee trees. However, the only downside of the trip was the damage done to the plantation through the recent record rains and floods, hopefully the plantation will recover in time because the workers are nice and coffee is potent.”

“The tour was a bit modified since the storms this spring washed a ravine through the farm where there used to be a roadways. The guides made up for it well with information and demonstrations to replace being able to tour all of the spaces. They provided samples of many of their varieties of coffee which was great to help compare them and to choose which ones we wanted to buy.”

“Great tour and tasting experience. Very educational and learned a ton about coffee farming and processing. The farm was pretty damaged by the Kona low storms so still working to repair some of the damage ( some tour areas not available again yet). But definitely worth the visit to this 150 year old coffee farm! Highly recommend”

“Tons of coffee to sample, ice cream was amazing too. Olivia was an amazing guide that answered all our many questions. Didn't realize how much goes into making coffee and how many different plants are on the property. Loved the history of Greenwell. Favorite part was the peppercorn flavors.”

“The tour was a lot of fun and it was educational! What a beautiful space! They have a delicious assortment of their locally grown brewed coffees before and after, and be sure to bring some home to the family as mine were all very happy with coffee souvenirs from our Kona trip!”

“Nicely maintained farm with a great place to taste some variety of coffee flavors. Thr tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions our group had. She walked us through the process form beginning to end. Nice views around the farm. There is no fees for the tour or coffee tasting. It's a great place to buy some local grown coffee once you have tasted. Nice trees for avocado, orange, pepper corn.”
