Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Maryland.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Payment notes on file: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, VISA. Cash still helps at smaller stands.

“We are on our way to another farm (I won't say which one out of courtesy to the other farm), but the line to get in to that other farm was ridiculously long. We turned around and, without a plan, was instantly navigated to this farm. I'm soo glad we found this farm. It was truly by accident but an experience I'll cherish. I hope to continue to make this our annual farm visit each year. I will start by saying that we went on an evening, not too many people, and the sunset over the pumpkin patch was just beautiful! Since I was planning on taking photos of our family it was great not to have so many people dodging in and out of the photos. We picked up some delicious cider as well as a reasonably priced pumpkin and the girls enjoyed running through the fields, "playing house" in the little pumpkin house, and picking their own pumpkins. Fun was had by all.”

“A true Maryland roadside farm stand. Wonderful produce, fruit (the apples are beautiful and huge), and every kind of pumpkin that grows. Delightful, welcoming owners were happy to talk about the vegetables and even offered cooking guidance when asked. The grounds include a pumpkin patch, a field of glorious sunflowers, and a plethora of mums. A flock of friendly hens in a fenced chicken yard hustled to greet me. Fresh eggs are also available. Great for kids ( and grown-up kids, too)!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — A Perfect Sunday Stop! Excellent choice to visit on a Sunday! We picked up a ton of fresh produce, and the quality of the vegetables was absolutely outstanding — vibrant, crisp, and full of flavor. The atmosphere at Queen Anne’s Farm is warm and welcoming, making it such an enjoyable place to shop and spend some time. Definitely worth the visit if you’re looking for farm-fresh goodness and a great local experience! 🌽🥕🍅”

“We love this farm! It’s perfect for young toddlers and kids to explore a real pumpkin patch and learn how pumpkins grow. My daughter has a blast watching the chickens, checking out the varying pumpkins, flowers and pumpkin house. The produce is great, we always get apples and veggies from here. Great for a quick stop or a place to spend an hour or so exploring.”

“My family and I love this farm! We’ve come every fall since we moved to Annapolis 10 years ago. They have great home grown pumpkins, hay rides, plenty of photogenic places for family pictures, and a wonderful farm stand for local produce. Having come every year I’ve seen the changes and the way they rotate the corn and pumpkins to keep the farm sustainable.”

“Chill pumpkin patch. Only $12 parking free. Nice for adults who are looking for some fall festivities considering they don’t charge a hefty entrance fee like other places.”

“They are selling tickets per vehicle. It's best to get them on line and in advance. The place is for very small children like toddlers. Besides the pumpkin patch and feeding the chickens It's not allot for thr kids to do.”

“Good scenery. Nice little family owned area but staff wasn’t really friendly or welcoming. Make sure you wear closed toed shoes as there are areas that are muddy. They have pumpkins, a market where you can purchase goods. Payment was $11 that includes parking and everyone in the vehicle so you don’t pay separately. You get what you pay for.. Should have spent more money going to a nicer pumpkin patch with more things to do. Overall 1-10, I’ll give it 4.”
