“Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here. I won't go into the whole story, but one of the staff members was unnecessarily rude to me and my children in front of a large number of pickers. I was humiliated and mortified. Please use caution when you pick here and be sure to ask for very precise instructions so you aren't humiliated and debased and denied purchase of any berries you may have picked. It is really very sad that some members of staff here do not value their customers. As an alternative, I recommend Gorman's farm where you will find better fruit, better service, and genuine people who value and appreciate your business. Luckily Gorman's provided a wonderful experience that offset the horror we unwittingly entered into at Chase's.”
