“Had a lovely time at R & A Orchards. The place has such a huge selection of fresh produce, baked goods, jams, snacks, and local treats that it was honestly hard not to keep picking things up. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and you can tell it’s a popular stop for both locals and visitors. Only small thing I noticed was that some of the tomatoes didn’t seem the freshest on the day I visited. Other than that, the overall experience was really enjoyable and definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.”

“While visiting Georgia with my family for the Thanksgiving holiday, we decided to visit R & A Orchards. Even for a smaller orchard, it was great! They had plenty to choose from as far as apples go. We were able to try every apple that they had to sell. They had fresh food and handmade pies that were also delicious. And they had apple slushy that were so so good. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this location to anyone looking to visit an Apple Orchard. The employees were very friendly. ❤️”

“We visit this orchard and store often as it is very close to our home. Unlike others, it has a cafe that is always busy. Ny husband loves their hand pies. This visit we bought wonderful peaches and other produce that is so much better than anything we would find in the store. They are kind about allowing us to buy smaller amounts of things given we are just cooking for two. We also tried the pork rinds this time and wow are they good.”

“These peaches are soooooo good! Farm fresh famous GA peaches. This is what peaches are supposed to taste like. You can just taste the love that went into growing and harvesting these beauties. Had lunch at the cafe and the egg sammie plus fresh homemade tomato soup was sooooooooooooo goooooood! Tried the strawberry and apple ciders and they were so good too! Worth the trip from Duluth. Will be back again! Thank you! 🍑”

“LOVE this place! It's my favorite orchard in Elijay. They have UPick flowers from August to October as well as UPick apples. Their market is very reasonable and their hands held 🥧 pies are delicious 😋! They even have a café that sells food, coffee and other snacks. I will definitely be back!”

“We loved walking through the Apple trees and flower fields. We went on a pretty busy Saturday during the Apple festival but the lines took about ten minutes to get through. The cheese sour dough and fried apple pie were delicious!! I would definitely visit again!”

“My daughter and I had a wonderful day at this orchard! We loved participating in the you-pick flowers - it was such a fun and colorful experience, and the tractor ride gave us beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. The farm store was fantastic, with endless options of fresh fruit, vegetables, sauces, dips, marinades, breads, and pies, and much more. We also stayed for lunch: the club sandwich was absolutely delicious, though the burger was just okay. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to a small customer service hiccup. When I asked the cashier for directions for the you-pick flowers, she cut me off mid-question and basically shooed me out the door. Even if she already knew what I was about to ask, it would have been courteous and better customer service to let me finish my question first. Overall, we still had a lovely time, and I’d definitely recommend this orchard for a fun and memorable day out!”

“Fried pies? Yes please! Nice shop. We could smell the fresh peaches when we walked into the door. Lots of varieties to choose from and a cute cafe. Depending the time of year, the watermelon are huge and the cabbage are the biggest I've ever seen. Friendly staff and easy parking. Great day trip if you want to get out of the city with or without the kids.”
