What you can pick

In October, check what’s currently ripe before you go. Seasons below are typical windows for Pennsylvania, not a guarantee for this exact farm.

Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Pennsylvania.

  • Check whether this stop is a stand, orchard tour, or full farm experience before you arrive.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Payment notes on file: Mastercard. Cash still helps at smaller stands.

What visitors say

200 reviews on file · showing 8 visitor notes from the listing data.

“Go to their open house! It’s held annually, usually late October. Free taste of their homemade syrup made with berries grown on the farm poured over a scoop of ice cream. Also wine tastings, apple cider fresh pressed tastings, vendors selling homemade wares and crafts. Firepits for warmth outdoors, live music and more. Fun!”

“Stopped thereto check it out. Very nice. We walked around and enjoyed. Went to the shops they have and got some goodies. Sat at a table and enjoyed some of the fresh fruit and cookies we purchased. They also had a band there. Was very nice. Definitely recommend. Will go back again”

“Loved it! We bought berries and a couple of pies and they were fresh and delicious! Unlike the berries at the grocery store the berries kept for more than a day. When we were there they had live music. Parking was a little confusing but that might just be me. We will be back again!”

“This is our place to go for raspberry pie. We drive 50 minutes from Pittsburgh to get them. Although they also come to some farmers' markets in town. They grow their own raspberries. Their outdoor cafe is delightful, especially if you have a raspberry sundae on the table.”

“Wonderful place to go. They have wine tasting, and you can also purchase a bottle and enjoy at a table. Their shop is wonderful and you can purchase different things from merchandise to pies. I highly recommend their raspberry chocolate cookies and raspberry vinaigrette.”

“This place was so good! I went to the open house, and these 2 wonderful girls were letting us feed the animals for only 50 cents! The food was amazing, and my favorite part was the winery, with so many options to choose from! Even proper toilets!! Fabulously cleaned!”

“An amazing farm to visit. There are plenty of food and dessert options. As well as wine tasting. The area is very picturesque in the fall. There is also a small farm where you can pet and feed sheep and an alpaca!”

“Good pie selection and very good pricing. Got some wines too. The wine store employee was very helpful and friendly. The free samples in the tasting room were scant but gave a hint of the taste. Would have given 5 stars if the free wine samples were a better pour to get more flavor of each.”
